Parties

Cost:

1. $75.00 Appearance Fee (within 10 miles of Macungie, PA)
   • Reduced $50.00 Appearance Fee for Macungie addresses.
   • If your event is greater than 10 miles from Macungie, PA, the Appearance Fee will be higher than the standard $75.00 due to travel time and distance.
2. All prices of products (60+ Varieties of Ice Cream, Candy, & Water) are posted on the menu board affixed to the ice cream bus.

Details:

1. So Cool Bus is brought to your party at the agreed upon time.
2. Birthday boy or girl may board the bus and hand out ice cream to their guests.
   • Parent of birthday boy or girl is also welcome to board the bus with their child.
3. A special sign will be posted by the serving window for the party.

Discounted Pricing

• If your event can guarantee 350 or more ice cream orders, you are eligible for discounted pricing!
• $2.90/person package: includes entire menu
• $2.50/person package: view included items
• $2.25/person package: view included items

All items are priced between $1.00 to $4.00.
